It's great location near the fish market and BIFF square-super easy to explore the area. The staff were cooperative and did their best to assist me with directions. The room was cozy, and the mattress was fantastic for a good night's sleep.

The a double room was brand-new, included a shower, hairdryers and robes. Friendly service, though a few employees were not very friendly.

The room cleanliness left much to be desired, with visible stains on bedding and poor overall maintenance. Bathrooms are cramped without separation between shower and toilet, leading to a wet mess after use. Noise levels can be bothersome, as soundproofing is lacking, allowing street noise and guests' conversations to intrude.

The hotel was neat, everything was brand-new. Our rooms were a decent size and fantastic with three washers and a good size toilet, for example. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of different food. The property was in a handy location, very close to Nampo station. We liked the great service. Hassle-free check-in was a bonus...

My twin room and bed were comfortable. The staff was very very helpful and amicable, the breakfast offered was great with lots of food. Hotel's location was convenient and unbeatable as it was close to a bus stop.

The location was 🔥-just a short walk to Jagalchi market! The room was clean and spacious for us, but the mattress was too soft for my taste. I wish there were more hooks in the room.

The staff was helpful-had a little issue with the mattress, and they had it swapped out in under an hour! Breakfast was a world of options, and I loved that they kept switching things up every day. They had vegan choices too! You don't have to stress about finding food first thing in the morning, it's all taken care of.

Had a decent 3-night stay with my family. The staff were cute and helpful with local tips. The room felt cozy, though it was a bit snug. Recommend aiming for a higher floor for better views. Beware of the soft bed if you prefer firmness!

Stayed in a Standard Double Room for 3 nights. The bed was super comfy, and I slept like a baby. But wow, the bathroom was tiny-literally a squeeze to move around. The plug points were kind of loose. Location was good with easy access to public transport, but I skipped breakfast since it was in a basement and super basic. Staff were nice but had limited English. Decent for the price but don't expect luxury.
